Use the email address connected to your MonkPop account when possible. Include your MonkPop username, the country or region where you live, the type of request, and enough detail for us to locate the relevant account or content. Do not send passwords, government identification, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request concerns you. Response times depend on the request and applicable law. Safety emergencies should be reported to local emergency services; MonkPop is not an emergency service.
